    调节心情

    今天9点多的时间
    一个朋友打电话说心情不好
    让我过去陪她
    过去之后
    她说去相亲了
    看到的男生
    不是很如意
    她的年龄和我差不多
    还有没有找到男朋友
    所以有点心烦
    本来想着可以劝她的
    看到最后我什么也没有说
    只是陪她到了cbd去 兜了一圈
    逛了逛中心湖
    在水边呆了会
    说了一些关于工作上的一些不开心的事情
    后来她说
    不管多不开心的事情
    还需要自己调节
    我想她说的对
    什么事情都要自己想通
    别人帮不了
     
    很长时间没有陪老婆这样在晚上得时间出来走走了
    一个因为是女儿一一
    一个是因为自己每天回家之后都觉得很累
    洗洗就想睡了
    其实最重要的是
    自己没有意识到自己应该多抽出点时间
    多陪陪家人
    多陪陪老婆
    多陪陪女儿
    不能光想着自己的不开心
    这样下去
    大家都不会开心的
     
    朋友  希望你可以早点心仪的对象
     调节一下你的心情
